Every moment has led us here

Built on heritage.

Focused on the future.

IMI has a presence in over 220 locations across Australia and New Zealand. Our nationwide local communities-led deployment and support model enables unparalleled abilities to upscale to multiple concurrent projects, expedite deployments and meet strict SLAs.

As technology evolves, our values remain constant

Since 1999, IMI has helped organisations plan, deploy and manage complex IT environments across Australia and New Zealand — from Darwin to Hobart, Perth to Wellington.

Technology has changed dramatically over that time. Our commitment to people, service and excellence has not.
“People respond to how they’re treated. By building respectful, trusted relationships — and always doing the right thing by clients, partners and our people — we’ve created long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.”
We’re proud of the impact we’ve had on our team:
“Seeing people grow, succeed and build their careers at IMI is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. Mutual respect and trust sit at the heart of our culture.”
Our customers’ outcomes always come first — because their success is our success:
“We focus on lasting relationships. Many of our customers have worked with us for years, and often choose to partner with IMI again as they move into new organisations.”
IMI is vendor-agnostic and outcome-focused:
“We recommend the technology that best fits each customer’s specific operational, technical and budget requirements.”
We support local businesses and communities across Australia and New Zealand:
“We’re proud that through our team of certified engineers across ANZ, we also support businesses in regional and remote communities and develop local expertise.”
We have invested in the infrastructure to support our clients’ projects:
“Our integration centres and warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne receive, stage, configure and distribute customer equipment exactly when and where it is required. Sophisticated stock management systems provide real-time visibility of assets, while national logistics and parts storage support rapid break/fix response.”
We deliver precision, compliance and consistency at scale.
“Our National Weights and Measures team provides accreditation for legal-for-trade POS”
As IMI continues to grow, our focus remains clear: trusted advice, strong relationships and the expert delivery of complex technology projects.
“We’ve expanded our technical capability while preserving the culture and values that define IMI.”
IMI operates with a flat organisational structure and highly accessible leadership. Every customer project is sponsored by one of our directors, who takes personal accountability for its success.
“Our leaders support and empower our teams to meet high customer expectations. We trust our clients, our partners and our people.”
