A nationwide program is a supply chain with engineers at the end of it:

  • Central staging. Devices are received, imaged, configured and kitted at integration centres in Sydney and Melbourne, tracked serial-by-serial in our IMX platform.
  • Freight orchestration. Kits ship per wave so equipment and engineer arrive together. Regional and remote runs are clustered to cut travel dead time.
  • Field execution. Local engineers install to a written playbook, backed by a central technical desk that resolves exceptions live.
  • Daily governance. Site status, exceptions and completion evidence roll up to one dashboard and one daily report.

Coverage that survives contact with the map

Ask any provider "do you cover the whole country?" and the answer is yes. Ask how and the answers separate:

Employed structure vs subcontract chains. Long subcontract chains dilute quality control. IMI fields engineers under one management structure with direct technical support, so the person on site answers to the project, not to a broker.

  4. Cleanup wave captures deferred sites and exceptions, so the program closes at 100 per cent, not 96.

How many sites can run in parallel? Multiple crews run concurrent waves; peak-week velocity depends on site type. POS programs have exceeded 35 stores a week.

Do you handle freight, or do we? Either. Most clients hand us the full chain: receipt, staging, kitting, dispatch and reverse logistics for old assets.

What about sites with no local engineer? That is what 220+ points of presence solves. Where a specialist skill must travel, we cluster visits so the travel cost spreads across sites.

Can regional sites get the same SLA as metro? Response models differ by geography, and we agree them up front. Parts pre-positioning and local resources close most of the gap.
